You may be entitled to compensation of up to €600 in case of delay, cancellation, or overbooking!

Success-based system – submitting a compensation claim is completely free of charge.
Our service operates on a “no win, no fee” basis, so you have nothing to lose — we only charge a success fee if we actually secure compensation for you. In case of a successful claim, we retain 29% of the awarded compensation as our success fee.
The amount of compensation is determined by EC261/2004 regulation and depends on the flight distance and the length of the delay upon arrival.
Here’s a simplified table to help you understand the eligible compensation:
For flights of 1,500 km or shorter, the customer will receive €250 in compensation, and the customer will need to pay a service fee of 29% + VAT.
For flights within the EU exceeding 1,500 km but under 3,500 km, the customer will receive €400 in compensation. Therefore, the customer will only need to pay the service fee of 29% + VAT. For all other flights not mentioned above, if the customer receives compensation of €600, the service fee will be 29% + VAT of the compensation.
For the flights mentioned above, in cases where the customer is not entitled to compensation amounts of €250, €400, or €600, the customer does not need to pay the 29% + VAT service fee for the flight compensation.
For claims of other types that differ from those specified in EC 261, the service fee will be withheld as follows:
